A little about me…
The role of a therapist is deeply woven into my life and personal identity. I have dedicated a lot of time healing from my own personal trauma, my challenging beginnings, and my journey of self-discovery, to find who I truly am (I would never ask my clients to do anything I wouldn’t have the courage to do myself). I make it a priority to constantly read, research, and discover new methods for achieving personal wholeness and healing. I consider myself a perpetual student of life, always learning and growing; sharing this discovery and knowledge with others brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time anywhere in nature. I am passionate about hiking in our beautiful Pacific Northwest mountains and forests with my husband Cory, and our two Hungarian Vizslas, Tesla and Arlo. I am following my lifelong dream of learning to play the electric guitar. I also love surfing, riding my mountain bike (keeping up with my dogs!), meditating, creating art, connecting with friends and colleagues, and sweet quiet times at home.
