My practice is based in Washington State where I primarily see clients from Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish counties for in-person sessions. I also am able to meet clients online for virtual appointments for Washington State residents.

A 30 minute introductory (one time) session to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Consultation, meeting, therapy

Individual Therapy

$150 *

A 50 minute therapy session occurring weekly or every other week (in-person or online) based on your needs, to help you reach your goals.

*I offer a limited number of sliding scale rates for individuals who qualify for this discount. Please inquire.

EMDR

$150 - $200

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing sessions are anywhere from 50 - 90 minutes. Extended 90 minute sessions are available for a deeper processing. We can discuss what options would work best for your needs.
